Swim Instruction 

youth & adults

-beginner to intermediate swim lessons 
-swim stroke lessons
-triathlon training (pool & open water)

-certified and insured swim instructor 

Strength Training

or as we the Southern "crazy trainers" like to call it... H3 or Heat Hills & Humidty

-combo of boot camp, cross fit, plyometrics geared toward runners

-H3 is a great way to strengthen all the muscles that need to help us achieve an injury free mid to long distance training schedule 

Run Training

-personalized training in a group setting- 
-or private sessions-
  -train for first or 100th 5K, 10K, 15K, half or full marathon-
-personalized plan just for you, includes strength training-
-a coach guiding you through entire program-
-meet with group two or three times per week-

Travelin' Swimming' & Runnin' is what we do best.

It is our goal as certified RRCA & USAS coaches to educate not only on swimming & running, but to create healthy habits for life. 

We are made up of a group of great folks dedicated to sticking by one's side & bringing to life amazing friendships bonded together with "running" the world.  

Peeps need to jump on board or get out of the way if the CRAZY TRAIN is headed in their direction!
