Train virtually with a coach or email us to see if we have a coach in your hometown.

Crazy Train programs offer the following: 

 

  • Personalized training calendar on our app that can be easily downloaded to your phone, iPad, or computer. The plan is geared toward your fitness level & running/walking goals. 

  • Constant interaction with certified RRCA coaches – the more you put in to the training session the more you will get for your benefit. The coaches are here for you and want to see you succeed! 

  • Weekly emails from your coach 

  • Talking &/or meeting with a coach regularly to reassess the progress of participant, evaluate run form, etc. 

  • Want some at home strength training? Ask for H3 to be added to your run plan for a nominal fee.  What is H3?
